Open Innovation Manager - Corporate Hangar

Your contribution to Prysmian's Success:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Open Innovation Manager to join our team at the Corporate Hangar offices.

As an Open Innovation Manager, you will act as a technical project manager, securing the implementation of innovation projects and coordinating stakeholders across business units and countries.

You will:

Lead and manage innovation projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders across various business units and countries to drive project success.

Act as a technical project manager, overseeing the technical aspects of innovation projects and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including top management.

Monitor and track the performance of innovation projects and provide regular updates.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

You are the right fit if you have/are:

Background in Engineering, Electronics or Material Science

Proficient in data analysis, complexity reduction, diagnosis, and innovation

Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects

Passion for start-ups and innovation.

Fluent in both English and Italian

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset

Always enthusiastic about acquiring new knowledge
