What You Will Do:
In this role, you will
Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
Provide all source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Demonstrate mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
Demonstrate ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
Conduct Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) Analysis, reporting, and other OSINT products as required by CBP/OPR. Use advanced OSINT and social media collection and analysis techniques to support information requests concerning force protection, indications and warnings, counter threats, counterintelligence, and all source intelligence integration and assessments.
Coordinate and collaborate with other intelligence disciplines to produce finished and reliable intelligence products.
Assess and provide recommendations on emerging OSINT methodologies and tools.
Brief senior personnel and officers as needed.
Provide consultation on how to leverage OSINT data and information, use specialized OSINT tools and services, and consult on the development of OSINT products.
Support the development of new OSINT targeting and exploitation techniques and analyze the development of OSINT policy and tradecraft.
What You Will Need:
Ability to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DHS Public Trust
Bachelor's degree
4 (FOUR) or more years of experience with Open-Source research, all-source intelligence analysis, targeting, or other relevant experience
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Must possess experience utilizing OSINT tools, working with problem sets like crypto/virtual assets, and demonstrated experience in a field related to OSINT research, collection management, or analysis or the exploitation of PAI or social media.
Must have familiarization using Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience with accessing, researching, and exploiting global and regional social media and digital platforms.
Must have experience with conducting Open -Source research, all-source intelligence analysis, or targeting.
Knowledge of advanced Internet-based research, including Boolean logic, advanced research techniques, search engine and database resources, and Internet sources, including social media, social networking tools, and commercial and industry-based databases.
Comfortable with social media supporting law enforcement operations specifically (e.g. locate, capture and analyze SM profiles such as Twitter/ Facebook/ Instagram, build online personas, conduct training on said procedures), since that is what the OSINT billet will be mainly doing for TMAD.
