The Open Text Analyst reports directly to the Manager, Enterprise Applications Functional Analysts.

The Open Text Analyst will take on a leadership role as an integral member of the Refresco network, with the opportunity to experience growth and success at the world's largest independent bottler of beverages.

Key Accountabilities:

The following are essential duties and responsibilities for this position:

Manage multiple Open Text products including VIM, IES, Archive Server, Enterprise Scan and Business Center; Manage the lifecycle of small and medium enhancements and production support issues; Understand the business’s concepts, practices, and procedures; Work with identified subject matter experts (SME’s) to develop solid understanding of OT & SAP processes and provide continuous testing; Independently drive large initiatives such as implementation of all new OpenText technologies and application of enhancement/ support packs and upgrades; Provide thought leadership towards adoption of new trends

Education and Experience:

 Master’s in Computer Information Systems 3 y. exp. as Computer Systems Analyst in the implementation, configuration, testing and production support of the following OT products: Open Text VIM, Open Text ICC, Open Text Archive Server, Open Text enterprise Scan, Open Text Archiving and Document Access; as well as 3 y. exp. in implementation, configuration, testing and production support of SAP ECC/ S4 Hana, SAP ABAP Development, ABAP Debugging and Test Cycle Completion.

Other:

May telecommute; requires occasional travel to Refresco’s Tampa, FL office approximately 5% of the time
