Integra y configura hardware de Computadoras Personales (PC) y periféricos.

Responsabilidades Principales:

Integra y configura una variedad de hardware de PC, software de sistemas operativos y periféricos, ensamblando componentes electrónicos de PC, instalando placas de circuitos, unidades de disco, dispositivos de almacenamiento masivo y equipo periférico u otros componentes relacionados.Completa la documentación correspondiente sobre el envío y actualizaciones del proceso de ensamblaje.Ejecuta las tareas asignadas de acuerdo a instrucciones de trabajo, conforme a los estándares de calidad establecidos.Identifica, investiga y participa en oportunidades para mejorar procesos y procedimientos, incluyendo varios indicadores clave de desempeño.Otras tareas según lo asignado.

Experiencia Laboral:

Educación y Certificación(es):

Diploma de Secundaria o equivalente.

Características Distintivas:

Puede requerirse estar de pie durante períodos prolongados y levantar hasta 22kg.Cumplimiento de normas para trabajar en áreas ESD.

Job Summary:

Integrates and configures Personal Computing (PC) hardware and peripherals.


Principal Responsibilities:

Integrates and configures a variety of PC hardware, operating system software, and peripherals by assembling PC electronic components, installing circuit boards, disk drives, mass storage devices, peripheral equipment, or other related components.Completes the relevant documentation on shipping and updates to the assembly process.Performs assigned tasks according to work instructions and in compliance with established quality standards.Identifies, investigates, and participates in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, including various key performance indicators.

Acquired and applies working knowledge of the organization, job, practices and procedures to be proficient in all aspects of job.Performs functions semi-routine in nature and recognizes the need for occasional alternative solutions.Work is performed independently, with minimal supervision. Able to establish priorities and manage time to complete work.Collaboration with other departments or teams may be required to perform role. May frequently respond to requests from others, internally or externally.Impact of decisions may affect the department. Errors may result in loss of time, resources and/or customer satisfaction.


Work Experience:

Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.


Education and Certification(s):

High School Diploma or equivalent


Distinguishing Characteristics:

May be required to stand for extended periods and lift up to 22 kg.Compliance with standards for working in ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) areas is required.
