Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners. + In-home Assessments: Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. + Financial Management: Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements. + Cultivating Culture: Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, and setting the tone of your team morale.
