$20,000 SIGN ON BONUS for FULL TIME positions for RN candidates with over 1 year of experience.  This is paid out in one lump sum in the paycheck after you’ve been employed by us for 30 days (contingent on meeting the requirements.)

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Deliver care to 4-6 patients per shiftAdminister medications, change dressings, monitor vital signs, and chart with timely documentationCollaborate with a variety of other healthcare professionals such as social work, care coordination, physical therapy, occupational therapy, lab, respiratory therapy, and imaging
Practices as a full partner on the multidisciplinary team.Assist surgeon and surgical team in the ORIndependently plans care for patients before, during, and after proceduresDevelop and implement nursing care plan for cardiovascular patientsYou’ll be a trusted educator and resource for your patients’ recovery thanks to the care plans you develop and implement
Qualifications

Qualifications:
