**Overview** Our brand new surgery suites at CHI Health St. Francis have it all, including: + Seven operating rooms with the most advanced technology in town. + State-of-the-art imaging allows for patient’s scans to be on large screens above the operating table, so the surgeon never has to leave the surgical field + Convenient, separate entrance on the west side of the hospital with parking right in front (entrance D) + Private pre-and post-recovery rooms with plenty of room for family + Two brand new endoscopy rooms and a sterile processing department + Expert surgical team with decades of experience + Comfortable environment and friendly staff **Responsibilities** **Up to $15,000 Sign on Bonus** **Up to $10,000 in Education Assistance Available** + Assist surgeon and surgical team in the OR + Care for patients before, during, and after procedures + Develop and implement nursing care plan for surgical patients + Ensure operating rooms are prepped with all necessary equipment and supplies + Demonstrate a high level of compassion for patients **Qualifications** We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Registered Nurse with top-notch clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families on the in-home healthcare process. Additional requirements for this role include: + Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state + Graduate of an accredited nursing program + Experience as a Registered Nurse preferred + Basic Life Support (BLS) required + Specialty certification (ex: CCRN, CNOR, CEN) preferred + ACLS and PALS may be required within 6 months of hire **Pay Range** $36.00 - $52.20 /hour We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
