Job Summary

\n

SHIFT: Monday – Friday , 6:30am – 3:00pm

\n

Your main role as an Operating Room Specialist RN is to follow nursing guidelines for coordinated health care. Assess patients, identify health problems, develop personalized care plans, and monitor responses.To guide patients safely, understand their needs and the healthcare setting. Prevent complications and delays for patients.

\n

What You'll Do

\n\nPrioritize needs of patients and families to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans.\nEvaluate nursing practices systematically. Participate in initiatives to improve quality and performance.\nYou'll have an integral role in protecting the rights of patients and their families and representing their concerns.\nYou educate patients, families, and healthcare staff about health practices and treatments to promote understanding in the community.\nYou'll operate in a collaborative spirit, teaming up with colleagues and the community to provide comprehensive care.\nUsing strategic problem-solving skills, you will address issues for patients, their families, and the healthcare staff.\n\n

What Will Make You Successful In The Role

\n\nThorough knowledge of nursing values and patient-care standards.\nFamiliarity with legal regulations and standards set by accreditation bodies.\nClear communication abilities, both verbal and written.\nExcellent social skills for interacting with a varied population.\nEffective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.\nCommitment to delivering top-quality, patient-centered care mindful of diverse human experiences.\nSkills in using computers, especially for electronic medical documentation.\n\n
