Sylvamo, a major pulp and paper producer, is seeking its next generation of top operators for the Sumter Sheet Converting Facility. We are looking for dependable women and men with excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills to fill our challenging Operating Technician position. The plant and the organization were designed in concert for the team concept. The Sumter Sheet Converting Facility is a 220,000-square-foot plant that houses two—86” width and 69” width ECH Will precision sheeters and 6 Packaging Lines, producing over 285,000 tons. A workforce of 125 people is on staff at the plant.
