Operation Excellence Lead 业务卓越运营负责人

ROLE SUMMARY: 
Responsible for developing cross LC portfolio strategies for LC Franchise, maximize LC Operational Excellence to support Lorbrena Booming to help LC Franchise establishing sound portfolio management and operation excellence, leading the development and execution of LC initiatives operating, conduct cross functional activities to support franchise head on daily management of business operation, support to drive business by influencing internal and external customers and stakeholders. The role is also to lead or play important role in critical initiatives on business agenda and play the role as major communicator to advance LC operation effectiveness through cross function and project management activities, as well as necessary partner functions within BU and franchise.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Lead planning and operation execution of important tactics at franchise level, including development of business planning; preparing overall performance analysis and business review.
•    Monitor and manage the key LC projects(DDD etc.,), ensuring they are delivered well-within the timeline, scope and budget
•    Manage and execute the routine and ad-hoc order processes to secure business as-usual
•    Act as a liaison between the BU, cross-functional team, and external partners
•    Provide necessary support to the LC Franchise Head and OBU PMO
•    Lead LC Franchise level cross-portfolio and cross-functional projects.
•    Lead cross-functional communication to make sure x-functional collaboration to maximize LC assets
•    Lead compliance-related projects and ensure adherence to regulatory standards
•    Coordinate with legal and regulatory teams to address compliance issues if any 
•    Utilize process improvement methodologies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and increase efficiency, make the adjustment/proposals as needed
•    Coordinate with GE to make sure the strategy is consistent and maximize the whole market opportunity.
•    Collect feedbacks from cross-functional teams within and across BUs/functions to continuously improve operations, solutions, and processes
•    Ensure optimal resource allocation across functions and sales team layers through guideline design, streamline coordination and communication across BUs/ functions during the process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
•    BS/BA in Strategy, Finance, Marketing or similar fields preferred.
•    8+ years’ experience in Marketing, Strategy, Business Planning roles – with emphasis on strategy and 6+ years’ strategy experience, 2+ years of consulting experience in healthcare is highly preferred
•    Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cultures and the agility to deliver results quickly in new and unfamiliar situations.
•    Proven track record of business experiences and know-hows for foundation products.
•    Proven track record of Pfizer mega-project management experiences with influencing skills.
•    Good understanding of China pharmaceutical industry and market dynamic.
•    Global view and mindset. Very fluent English communication in both written and oral.
•    Pfizer know-hows both on global and China local level is highly preferred.
•    Strategic Agility – Learning agility to develop clear perspectives on the business opportunities and challenges; Ability to think holistically and provide business insights from abundant facts/analysis.
•    Analytical Skill – Excellent ability to review and use data to develop insights and support decisions.
•    Dealing with Ambiguity – Effectively cope with changes; Make decision and act without complete information; Comfortable with risk and uncertainty.
•    Communication and Impact – Excellent presentation and some influencing skill and ability to interact with executives internally and externally.
•    Ability to use influencing skills to make impact to get China business proposals endorsed by global.
