Operation Executive - Industry
Job Location: Islamabad

 

Role Statement: 

Responsible for planning and organizing inspection related activities. The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Preparation of invoices. Follow up of invoices. Assistance in preparation of tender documents. Maintain and update the records. Any other job responsibilities as assigned by the N+1 Preparation of PO related to subcon and maintain subcon ledger. 

KPIs (to be amended if necessary):

Perform & deliver as per commitment and client expectations.  Error free data collection / Reporting Customer satisfaction feed back Unbiased decisions. No breach of BV QHSSE Policies.

 

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:
The following competencies are required:

Bachelor Degree  Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in similar field. Should have a reporting skills. Good communication and presentation skills. . Ability to effectively communicate with Client, sub-contractors & colleagues. Management of work under pressure with tight schedule and willing for team work.
