Operation Manager, RCP
The Operations Manager ensures operational excellence by leading daily team activities, managing projects, and optimizing resources within a matrixed organization. This role supports diverse functions such as engineering, laboratories, and scientific teams while managing both local and remote employees. + Operational Leadership: Oversee workflows, assign resources effectively, and manage project priorities to achieve business objectives. + Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement using Lean Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency and outcomes. + Team Development: Manage team performance, foster engagement, and provide coaching, training, and career development to build a high-performing team. + Strategic Execution: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and achieve operating plans, budgets, and performance metrics with a focus on financial outcomes (costs, revenue, profit). + Customer Focus: Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing needs, resolving issues, and gathering feedback. Empower teams to build strong relationships and deliver proactive solutions. + Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. Oversee testing programs and provide technical guidance where needed. + Transformation Leadership: Support cultural and operational transformation efforts, driving engagement and adaptability within the organization. + Accountability: Empower teams to meet KPIs, navigate project scope changes, and deliver results that align with organizational goals. + Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Physics, or a related field; five (5) years of relevant experience preferred. + Lean Sigma Green Belt or equivalent training preferred. + Proven ability to manage objectives, staffing, budgets, and P&L. + Strong technical and strategic decision-making skills with the ability to simplify complex issues. + Expertise in employee performance management, training, and engagement. + Familiarity with global and diverse cultural environments. + Strong collaboration, project management, and business acumen skills.
