In this role you will:
Perform a variety of activities related to reconciling and balancing accountsResearch and resolve moderately complex accounting issues and exceptionsResolve disputes for customers, clients and vendors, related to balancing situationsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsRequired Qualifications:
2+ years of Operational Accounting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively in a team environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of accounting principles: general ledger reconciliationStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsAbility to multi-task and work with stringent timelinesIntermediate Microsoft Office skillsSchedule:
Monday-Friday Start time between 7:00am-8:30am CST, working an 8-hour shift with a 30-minute lunchFrequent Opportunities for OvertimeTraining:
You will receive in-depth on-the-job training, and coaching to learn about Wells Fargo banking products, procedures, and services.Training will be for 12 weeks. Training hours are between the hours 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday – Friday, working an 8-hour shift. You are required to attend the full duration of this paid 12 weeks of training.We’re open from Monday - Friday, 6:00am-4:30pm (CST). Your regular work schedule will be based on business need.Job Expectations:
