Our client, an advisory firm specializing in alternative investments, known for our in-depth research, advisory services, and investment management. Their clients rely on them to assess potential investments, and they have a track record of success, including helping their clients avoid high-risk opportunities. They are currently seeking an Operational Due Diligence Analyst (ODD) to join their team. This position is integral to evaluating and advising on alternative investments from an operational perspective.
In this role, you will engage with middle and back-office clients (fund managers) to conduct thorough assessments of their funds. Your focus will be on the operational aspects of these funds, evaluating legal, risk, cybersecurity, and audit factors, and determining whether or not the fund can be recommended to our clients. You will synthesize your research and deliver detailed written reports based on your findings. This is a non-technical, research-heavy role ideal for someone with strong financial acumen who seeks to pivot out of a traditional back-office position.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
A minimum of 2 years of experience from a Big 4 firm, with a CPA designation and a focus on financial services clients.Strong writing skills-this is a writing-intensive role, and you will be required to pass a writing test as part of the interview process.Compensation:
$100K-$110K (all-in, non-negotiable)
Schedule:
Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
