The Operational Excellence and Innovation Lead is a pivotal role within Regional Customer Support Center (RCSC), which is the main support contact for Diagnostics division customers in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and the Baltics. We aim to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, making it easier for our customers to prevent and resolve service issues remotely. We facilitate knowledge sharing and expert support across the EMEA-LATAM region and continuously innovate to improve customer support.The position holder will play a crucial role in driving service excellence, process improvements, and the implementation of strategic initiatives, fostering innovation in RCSC.

At Roche, we offer a hybrid work model that combines flexibility with in-person collaboration. For now, we require our employees to be in our offices on average two days per week. The specific office days may vary depending on business needs, such as workshops, conferences, town halls, team meetings, and other collaborative events.

The opportunity:

Execute strategy by ensuring service priorities, projects, and initiatives are aligned, planned, and implemented locally to enhance customer experience and improve efficiency.

Catalyzing the generation of innovative solutions and ideas to address RCSC opportunities and challenges.

Focusing on continuous improvement; simplifying and reducing complexity for teams by developing networks and solutions that bring maximum value to customers and RCSC.

Driving effective adoption of services, processes, tools working closely with diverse teams and stakeholders across local, regional and global functions.

Project and portfolio management, coordination of all aspects of projects and initiatives to implement them successfully.

Displaying entrepreneurial and agile leadership behaviours.

Who you are:

BA and/or MSc in Science, Engineering, IT or Business Administration.

Strong background in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Strategic thinking with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to prioritize, deliver, drive change, and adopt new concepts.

Successful navigation in a complex, multicultural and highly matrix environment.

Confidence, passion, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate with maximum impact.

Resilience, the ability to work efficiently under pressure as part of a close-knit team in a fast- paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines,

Strong analytical skills, working with data and technical and scientific information.
