Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Excellence Intern to join our team. This position will act as a liaison between stores and the SSC (tore Support Center) with the goal of identifying operational efficiencies, eliminating friction, and improving overall store performance. The role involves gathering operational insights, supporting reporting activities, and contributing to project management efforts that optimize store labor, budgets, and time studies. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in operations management and a hands-on approach to improving business processes.

Responsibilities:

ResponsibilitiesSupport the designated departments’ specific project needs.Actively contribute to day-to-day functions within the department role.Identifies and executes individual projects as requested by department leadership.Provides support with special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in a college or university with a major that aligns with the departmentKnowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Office)Preferred GPA 3.0 or higherPrevious internship experience preferred
