We are looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Leader to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within our Americas Region. This role will concentrate on process design and enhancement by integrating lean principles and employing methodologies such as 3P and DFMA to boost production efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate product quality.

This position has been designated as remote and work will be performed in Davidson, NC.
What you will do:
Lead and manage cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.Develop and execute strategies for lean manufacturing, including 3P and DFMA.Conduct value stream mapping and process flow analysis to identify waste and optimize production processes.Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure manufacturability and assembly efficiency of new products.Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability.Facilitate training and development programs on lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.Drive the adoption of best practices and standard work across the organization.Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to resolve production issues.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.What you will bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of experience in an operational excellence or manufacturing engineering role.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 3P, and DFMA.Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong project management and leadership abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skillsCompensation:
Base Pay Range: $140,000 - $170,000
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
