We are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager. This is a chance to work in an innovative team, participating in operational excellence, system support, process and design that spans the entire company. You will be the subject matter expert for our Fulfilled by Amazon fulfillment channel FBA. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, have attention to detail, great communication and will be comfortable working with multiple sources of information and business areas so as to make related services a success.
You will be responsible to execute manual processes in the short-term while you align a process aiming the mid-term and support the product team to design long-term and automated solutions. You will also be the responsible for seller experience improvements, by implementing, supporting and managing operational initiatives. You will navigate across different business areas to solve issues, anticipate the need of new solutions, develop and optimize support tools.
You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be hindered by the ambiguity or competing priorities to scale in a new geography. This means you are able to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead investigation and root cause resolution for seller Issues, and key programs
- Analyze large data sets to arrive at specific problem statements around partner experience/program related issues.
- Create and implement SOPs for execution on weekly basis to solve for critical partner experience problems. Work to submit product ideas to drive SOPs at scale
- Report program metrics and draw insights on key patterns/ problems.
- Develop forecasts to help plan fulfillment related processes
