The Operational Excellence Manager will be responsible for providing leadership in the company’s operational excellence journey through application and education of lean principles and methodologies to support and drive process improvements to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsibilities Subject matter expert in various lean tools used to drive continual improvements throughout the companyEffectively deployment of Lean/Six Sigma methods into the organizationResponsible for educating and developing the workforce on lean manufacturing concepts and methodologiesOrganize, facilitate and measure results on key improvement efforts or projectLead, train, and participate in OE projects that support manufacturing initiatives Track, report, and evaluate progress against key operational metrics and project goals Support and help develop a lean culture Develop and train employees and teams to improve their knowledge, skills, and abilities of operational excellence tools and cultureAssist in the development of annual improvement plan with operating company leadership teamMonitor and drives the utilization of employee safety and OE programsPartner with the other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and financeLead Project Management and Process Engineering to ensure projects are properly definedSupport and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirementsRead, understand, and follow work instructions and standard workUnderstand customer needs and the core business markets we serve Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations 3 years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment5 years of experience leading operational excellence projects and initiativesSubject matter expert in Lean methods and implementationLean training and educationAbility to educate and train on lean techniquesGood communication, facilitation and presentation skillsCollaborative, objective, results-orientatedStrong analytical abilities Ability to follow through on commitments and holds team members accountable Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills

Pay Range USD $97,900.00 - USD $122,400.00 /Yr. Company Benefits

This position is eligible for our management bonus program.

 

All Employees:

20+hours:

30+ hours:
