We are seeking an Operational Excellence Planner to join our team in Barcelona. The Operational Excellence Planner is responsible of supporting the design and execution of the roadmap towards Supply Chain Excellence, aligned with company’s vision. The Operational Excellence Planner must be agile, innovative, propose solutions to enable people and processes to work more efficiently (easier, faster, better). The role will directly influence the company’s ability to improve overall operations efficiencies to achieve supply chain and overall business performance goals.

Project Management Office (PMO)
Support the implementation of the PMO strategy, aligning with the organization's goals and visionProvide Planning expertise to design, test, implement and scale improvement projects to optimize end to end Supply ChainReinforce project management standards, methodologies, and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across projectsTrack and report key performance indicators (KPIs), scope, timelines and metrics to measure PMO performance and project successSupport on Continuous Improvement projects and lead initiatives to bring to fruitionProcess Optimization
Provide adhoc support to Planning team on transversal strategic projectDrive lean culture, standardize best practices and processes and facilitate activities to enhance continuous improvement and innovationIdentify process bottlenecks and constraints and provides improvement initiativesCollaboration and stakeholder management
Support on communication to the wider business and inspire the adoption of changes into business processes and systems
