Operational Excellence Resource
Job Description Position Responsibilities: - Define and operationalize a robust management system to keep all key parties aligned and on rhythm. - Support the driving of the leadership team agenda throughout the function, the wider business stakeholders including embedding the vision, delivery of the strategic objectives and driving the communications strategy. - Develop and implement stakeholder and executive communications framework. - Facilitate discovery sessions with functional leadership and business stakeholders to outline scope, goals, deliverables, resource needs, and timelines turning the data gathered into functional requirements. - Demonstrate continuous improvement & lead ongoing optimization initiative by: assessing current practices against stakeholder perception on processes & outcomes and best practices to inform updating current standards and practices. - Support the management and leadership for technology/systems and continuous improvement projects and programs from inception to completion. - Support larger teams on their transformation roadmap inclusive of key milestones, resource requirements, metrics, target outcomes, and business cases. - Maintain project work plans with defined tasks, task owners, deliverables and dependencies. - Develop, manage and present project-based updates, strategic sourcing updates and reviews, executive briefings, and operational reviews, including feedback and appropriate reporting on key, process-focused objectives to senior leadership. - Drive key projects, define, manage project scope, timeline, facilitate, lead change management processes to drive project execution (e.g., launch, deployment, revisions, change control), support collaborations with stakeholders, align with senior leadership. - Draft presentation content, story telling and material (PowerPoint/Excel) for internal and external audiences as necessary for up to C-suite and Exco audiences. - Managing team performance metrics and reporting alongside developing communications and leading change management to address business performance trends. Skills and Requirements - 7+ years of experience Strategic Business Consulting and Procurement. - A strong background collaborating with executive team members to determine and prioritize business strategies - Experience building reports & presenting plans/recommendations to executive leadership,and preparing executives for internal and external meetings and events - Experience designing organizational management systems and operating rhythms - Provides leaders with recommendations to accomplish actions and ensures follow up for issue resolution - Drives efforts to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the leadership team - Experience collecting data, developing metrics, and conducting trend analysis via Tableau, VBA, or Power BI - Collects, organizes, analyzes, and provides data according to established processes with the management system to maintain status of programs and business partner commitments as well as compliance - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
