Performance Services (aka CAO Office) provide HASE COO with dedicated, forward thinking, strategic, ad-hoc and operational management support. Performance Services also lead and coordinate all teams in COO office in driving staff engagement, operational support, budget planning cost management, management information, and business administration.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join us as Operational Management Manager, to manage budget planning cost management, drive business management in COO office and oversee bank-wide internal third party service management.
