You will build a career that you are proud of, at a company you can believe in.We are seeking a skilled and innovative Operational Process Designer to design, develop, and optimize innovative solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. This role will involve using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio to empower business processes and enhance user experiences. You will collaborate with business collaborators, provide technical expertise, and build scalable, secure, and user-centric applications.Responsibilities:Develop robust applications using Power Apps (Canvas, Portals, and Model-Driven).Automate workflows and optimize repetitive tasks with Power Automate.Build and deploy responsive and interactive business websites using Power Pages.Create intelligent and context-aware features using Copilot Studio, integrating AI to enhance automation and decision-making.Collaborate with business team members to gather requirements and translate them into impactful solutions.Integrate Power Platform tools with other Microsoft services, Azure solutions, and third-party applications.Maintain best practices for governance, security, and scalability across all projects.Provide technical support, troubleshooting, citizen developer training and documentation for developed solutions.Stay informed on the latest Power Platform updates, features, and industry trends.Promote adoption of Power Platform and its solutions at Ferguson and support the growth of the Makers community.Manage environments, configurations, security, integrations and deployments.Purchasing and Inventory Control daily functions as needed

Qualifications:3 years experience as a Power Platform Developer or in a similar role.Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.Solid understanding of Dataverse, APIs, and connectors.Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or Power Fx.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Experience with Power Platform governance and the Center of Excellence (CoE) Starter Kit.Familiarity with data modeling principles and effective storage strategies for Power Platform projects.Hands-on experience integrating AI models using Copilot Studio or Azure AI services.Knowledge of managing security, permissions, and scalability for Power Pages applications.Ability to mentor junior developers or train business users on low-code solutions.Experience with Azure Functions for building and deploying serverless workflows.

Pay Range:

$4,950.00 - $8,066.30

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
