OPERATIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER - CIUDAD JUAREZ, CHIHUAHUA, MEXICO
Siemens Real Estate (SRE) wants you as our next Operational Property Manager for Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. We need you to reside in Ciudad Juarez. We want you to use your knowledge and phenomenal interest with innovation topics that change our digital future with real estate. You use your decision-making skills to make things happen.
Responsibilities are:
• Entrepreneurial management of real estate business for the assigned locations with cost sensitivity in accordance with SRE strategy. • Ensure adequate performance of the Facility Management service providers. • Support the development of space optimization according to the customer needs and market developments and see opportunities to improve space efficiency, occupancy cost, as well as SRE rental conditions both internally and externally. • Have solutions for space and services for tenants according to given framework. • Forecast and budgets for your properties. • Financial fulfillment of the agreed contracts with customers including timely payments to landlords and business partners. • Driving of real estate innovations, e. g. sustainability improvement • Understands corporate real estate and its impacts on our business, including daily operations. • Maintain your knowledge and good understanding about technical assets/equipment, and conditions.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of project management. • 5+ years of real estate facility management experience. • Customer centric mindset, ability to drive win-win solutions when encountering challenging situations. • Ability to manage projects at one given time. • Knowledge in Business Administration. • Good collaboration skill and persuasion skill across multiple groups, internal and external. • English language knowledge. Other relevant information • Career: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or Business Administration. • IT Knowledge: AutoCAD, SAP, MS Office (a must). Planon (desirable). • Work experience: 3-5 years minimum in the Corporate Real Estate Management area. • Travel requirements: < 10%
