Operational Resilience Expert F/H

The Role

 

The Operational Resilience Expert will be responsible for ensuring the business has the capability to respond to, recover from, and learn from disruptions that threaten its ability to operate. This role involves developing and overseeing the existing protection and resilience framework of AllianzTrade, on Business continuity managment and Global Incident Management domains. The role will report to the Head of Protection and Resilience in close collaboration and alignment with the Group Operational Resilience and Security Officer

 

Main Tasks

 

Preventive actions:

Perform the Business Continuity Management lifecycle activities, by the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the business continuity plans for all critical business processes, including regular testing and updating of procedures. eg. 2025 Business continuity Plan will focus on Business Continuity Plan if IT is fully stopped. Support the operational threat assessment process to identify keys threats, vulnerabilities and remedial actions.

 

Reactives actions:

Ensure implementation of a proper process to act on incidents, both IT and Non-IT Coordinate the organisation's incident assessment and response during a disruption (activation of business continuity and/or DR plans and communication with key stakeholders) Provide cross-functional assessments of IT and non-IT incidents, with a focus especially on incidents assessed as “high” and “critical” and major ICT-related incidents Provide support, information and infrastructure to the  Hybrid Fusion Center during a major ICT-related incident or to the Group Crisis Unit Centralize incident data and analysis (incl. root cause analysis) and ensure the reporting to local regulators and BoM  Report threat and incident response strategies and trends to the Digital Risk and Resilience Council. Monitor and produce stakeholder-centric reports on incidents, including relevant data aggregation and visualization P&R Team actions  Act as back-up for other Protection & Resilience function to mitigate key person risk Contribute to the day-to-day Protection and Resilience operations Participate to the coordination of the  Digital Resilience and Risks Council

 

Profile

 

Previous experience in incident management, including experience in analyzing incidents from a technical and/or business perspective At least 5 years working/consulting experience, in the fields of IT or non- IT-related role and Business continuity Management Curiosity about Information Security topics Experience with crisis situations Fluent English skills (written and spoken) are mandatory  Position based in Paris, France
