Operational Resiliency Risk Manager
Join our expanding Citi **Operational Risk Management, Third Party Risk Oversight and Enterprise Resilience Risk Team** in Budapest and make your own progress in a supportive and friendly environment! The mandate of the Independent Operational Risk Management function to oversee and challenge Citi’s Enterprise Resiliency Management organization is expanding to include review and challenge of non-Franchise Critical Business Processes (FCBP), Critical Operations, Global Business Services to include Critical Business Services (CBS) and Impact Tolerances. The Independent Enterprise Resiliency Risk Management organization is restructuring itself to better support the business operations in remediation activities. By implementing an effective business sector and regional resilience oversight model connected across Critical Business Services. The Operational Resiliency Risk Manager role is to serve as an Independent Operational Resiliency Risk Manager to support oversight and challenge of Citi’s Institutional Clients Group. Primary responsibilities include: + Support development of resiliency strategy, policy and projects. + Apply operational risk management guidelines and procedures for identifying First Line of Defense (FLOD) risks + Pursue continuous improvement and challenge adoption of Lessons Learned during operational resilience related tests, exercises, and simulations + Support Resiliency Risk Oversight tools development + Liaison with Institutional Clients Group Risk and other internal and Industry peers. **What you will do** Process: + Support development of operational resiliency strategy, policy and projects + Apply operational risk management guidelines and procedures for identifying First Line of Defense (FLOD) risks + Pursue continuous improvement and challenge adoption of Lessons Learned during operational resilience related tests, exercises, and simulations + Ensure Risk Governance framework operates efficiently, and operational losses are operating within the defined Risk Appetite parameters + Provide challenges on Key Indicators and Material Operational Risks + Work with First Line of Defense in the review of the documentation and reporting + Analyze, capture, and report risks.
