Operational Risk Officer - C13
This Operational Risk Officer role is a critical member within USPB Transformation team directly contributing to key Compliance commitments. The Operational Risk Officer leads efforts to ensure that control remediation is captured, monitored and reported accurately to meet Transformation requirements. The Operational Risk Officer is to interact with a diverse group of 1st and 2nd line stakeholders across Citi to ensure quality and timely execution of commitments. The successful candidate is expected to be familiar with risk management concepts, Citi’s Risk & Controls system, and data analytical tools. **Responsibilities:** Lead, develop and execute processes around data quality, change management and data analysis, tracking and reporting to support Compliance Consent Order commitments: + Lead data quality review process. Develop and manage process end-to-end. Build code in Excel to execute data checks, and independently review results for any false positives. Create process of communicating outcomes with business stakeholders, and follow through to validate that data is corrected. + Manage change management process. Track changes that impact USPB execution. Discuss potential impact and actions required with Central and USPB transformation teams. Communicate to impacted stakeholders and ensure that follow-up actions and reviews occur. + Develop, maintain, execute and manage data capture, tracking and reporting process. Ensure data integrity in process. Provide ongoing dashboard and trending analysis. Communicate outcomes with stakeholders. + Provide strategic, tactical and investigative data analytics in response to a variety of Transformation requests. + Liaise with other areas of the firm to share and exchange practices, processes and routines. + Perform other duties and functions, as assigned to support overall Compliance transformation efforts; participate in planning, execution and status review discussions. **Qualifications:** + 6-10 years of experience, preferably in financial services + MS Excel, VBA or other technical data tools + Familiarity with Citi Risk & Controls and MCAa plus + Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills + Excellent problem solving skills + Ability to comprehend the big picture and with high attention to details + Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines, and to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously + Adaptable and embrace changes including unexpected changes in requirements + Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives **Education:** + Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Risk Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Operational Risk ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** Full time ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** Jacksonville Florida United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $103,920.00 - $155,880.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
