The purpose of this role is to work as a member of the Operational Support Team for Mercer Private Wealth (MPW).
This team aim to improve the controls and efficiencies for MPW by providing systems & database cleansing support to the client facing MPW team as well as monitoring adherence to MPW processes. The team also work closely with and support the work of the offshore team.

Assist with the allocation of queries received into the Operations Support Inbox. Working with the Operations technical team where required to ensure issues allocated to them are also resolved andDeal with inbox queries promptly, keeping all involved updated on progress where the issue cannot be resolved immediately. Action tasks allocated to you on Intelliflo Office (iO) promptly, prioritising where necessaryAccurately complete monitoring checks to confirm adherence with processes in line with agreed timescales and ensuring that iO is updated accordingly. Raising any issues to the Operational Support Manager for further actionProduce and issue client mailersProcess and allocate incoming post in line with proceduresProvide support to the offshore team, answering queries and providing additional guidance and training where required. Completing regular spot checks to ensure the ongoing compliance with procedures, reporting any issues to the Operational Support ManagerAssist the Operational Support Manager with the implementation of ad hoc projects as required.What you need to have:
Good background in Administration or a customer focused roleExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly ExcelExcellent attention to detailAbility to work on own and as a team player, establishing good rapport with clients and colleaguesExcellent time management and planning/organisational skills, ability to work to deadlinesRelated business experience and technical knowledge to appropriate levelWhat makes you stand out?
