Operational Support Analyst

Job Summary

The Operational Support Analyst will provide operational support and be responsible in ensuring systems and processing integrity for all facets of service center operations. They will be responsible for identifying, collecting information, and developing action plans to improve existing processes.

Responsibilities

Daily maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting of existing systemsAct as the liaison between Operations and HRIS to assist with development and support issuesAssist users with data requests by creating ad hoc queries and reportsPrepare and file compliance report submissionsManage SOX audit submissions and inquiriesIdentify areas of opportunity to modify or enhance current processesResearch and write business specifications for projects, updates, and customizationsDefine acceptance testing procedures on operational systems enhancements as required.Develop and coordinate integrated implementation plans for new processes or changes to existing systems, including writing process documentation and training staffSpecial projects as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 Years HR/Payroll/Benefits experience requiredMinimum of 5 Years combined Workday experience (HR, Payroll, Base Benefits, BenAdmin, COBRA, Query and Security) required5 Years project management experience preferredWorking knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Project, Visio and Adobe Acrobat Writer requiredWorking knowledge of other HR/Payroll systems preferredMust possess strong analytical, customer service, and communication skillsAble to communicate to all levels of the organizationAble to work independently and with a teamMust have a strong attention to detail and possess an ownership mentality over processes and projectsMust possess excellent problem solving skillsStrong work ethic

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Must be able to work in a corporate office environment.
