We operate from a network of over 50 depots and maintain more than 33,000 km of road.   

We have an opportunity for an experienced Operations Support Centre Officer to join our team. You will be required to liaise with the community, receiving and following through on customer/community concerns to resolution with a professional, can-do approach. 

What you’ll bring 

You will possess demonstrated experience working as the main point of contact with the public, dealing with inquiries, problem-solving and providing efficient administrative support.  

A customer service approach with a good understanding of customer needs and expectations  Capacity to work accurately with attention to detail  Ability to work rotating shifts: 4 days on, 4 days off over days, nights and weekends  The ability to coordinate multiple administration tasks/processes with tight deadlines and limited supervision  Good work ethic with a focus of teamwork, collaboration and support  Database maintenance, tracking the progress of issues through to completion  Proficient computer literacy with practical knowledge of MS Office  The ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both internal and external clients & stakeholders  Actively participating and supporting Zero Harm initiatives and strategies
