Job Description
We have an immediate need for an Operational Support SETA/Cyber Operator Subject Matter Expert (SME) for our site in Fort Meade, Maryland. This individual will assist in documenting and refining CONOPs by considering capabilities and tools delivered to Combat Mission Teams assigned to Joint Force Headquarters and identifying potential deficiencies or Operations Security (OPSEC) concerns for review. You will utilize current CMT Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) or propose modifications or new TTPs for adoption to ensure access vectors are utilized effectively. Additionally, you will work with units to understand and recommend possible Operational Control Authorities (OCAs) for operations, capturing expected outcomes, limitations, and extent of those operations. You will use and assist in the design of cyber target representative networks to effectively assess the functionality of tools and kill chains in development.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in documenting and refining CONOPs by considering capabilities and tools delivered to Combat Mission Teams.Identify potential deficiencies or Operations Security (OPSEC) concerns for review.Utilize current CMT Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) or propose modifications or new TTPs for adoption.Ensure access vectors are utilized effectively.Work with units to understand and recommend possible Operational Control Authorities (OCAs) for operations.Capture expected outcomes, limitations, and extent of operations.Use and assist in the design of cyber target representative networks.Effectively assess the functionality of tools and kill chains in development.Essential SkillsExpert level experience as a DoD/IC Cyber Operator.Skilled programming with languages such as C, C++, C#, Perl, or scripting with Python, Shell, Powershell.Ability to conduct code reviews of the same.Experience with Mission Management, open-source penetration testing, CONOPs, and TTP Evaluation.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.14 years of experience as a DoD/IC Cyber Operator with DoD Tool Champion or TTP evaluation and Operational Planning Experience.Certification from Offensive Security; (OSCP, OSCE, OSWE, or OSEE).Knowledge of how Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) capabilities can augment Air/Space/Ground domain activities.Familiarity with current USCYBERCOM Mission Management processes.Familiarity with open-source penetration testing suites such as Kali Linux BlackBox.Active TS/SCI with eligibility for CI or Full Scope Polygraph.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience within a Linux environment.Work Environment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $185000.00 - $205000.00/yr.
If candidates do not currently posess a Polygraph clearance, they will be processed for one. Good for those who have been wanting a Polygraph clearance.
