Be part of a dynamic team that provides software, systems, and network engineering services to support Integrated Discovery Operations (IDO). **Responsibilities:** + Actively manage enterprise computer systems and networks, analyzing technical issues, and developing and implementing corrective actions. + Observe and interpret visual outputs indicating the operating status of systems and network components for designated computer network infrastructure. + Translate user requests into technical diagnoses, then apply diagnoses to develop technical solutions to meet user needs. + Develop strategies to migrate existing customers to new architecture/technology with minimal impact. + Evaluate new technologies or equipment that can be added to Agency standard solutions. \#divergent + Relevant experience must be in computer or information systems design/development, programming, information/cyber/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance and/or systems engineering. Additionally, must have experience in network or system administration. + Strong Linux experience + Experience in systems/network administration, application administration, and/or information technology support or management. + Experience supporting hardware installation, such as servers and network infrastructure. + Experience setting up storage such as network-attached storage. + Experience implementing security best practices to include PKI certificate generation, deployment and maintenance. + Knowledge of Unix shell scripting languages like Bash, Bourne, or C **Clearance Required:** + Active TS/SCI w/Poly **Minimum Education:** + Degree must be in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology or related field. **Minimum Years of Experience:** + Bachelor's degree plus 5-years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 3-years of relevant experience or an Associate's degree plus 7-years of relevant experience or high school diploma/GED plus 9-years of relevant experience may be considered. **Preferred:** + Experience deploying and maintaining nginx + Familiarity with Docker and RedHat Satellite + Familiarity with cloud computing environments like AWS + Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) products like Terraform, SALT and Ansible as well as system monitoring platforms like Prometheus and Grafana + Experience with SELinux and FIPS
