This is a full-time, exempt-level position.
The ADM Operational Technology (OT) team focuses on creating and maintaining scalable, supportable, and secure ICS (Industrial Control System) environments. As a key member of the Operational Technology team, you will be responsible for advancing the Project and Engineering capabilities within the ADM OT ecosystem. You will work closely with OT engineers, Automation leads, GT (Global Technology) technical resources, and partner with key business segments to provide enhanced plant support and high-quality project delivery.
Qualified candidates will be highly motivated self-starters with experience working in cross functional global teams. They will have experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, while balancing competing priorities.
Ideal candidates will have experience managing multiple technology projects remotely and coordinating work with both internal and contractor resources. They will have a security by design mindset and will have a strong understanding of ICS strategy.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Work in cross functional teams to develop the OT Project scopes, coordinate site discovery for OT, oversee OT designs, coordinate OT installations, and track OT equipment deliveries and budgets
+ Design and deploy OT network solutions, within predefined standards, that work holistically with the larger ADM OT environment
+ Incorporate security-by-design into all solutions, ensuring that security requirements are considered concurrently with technical requirements
+ Coordinate design sessions with OT SMEs, Automation, and GT workstream leads
+ Oversee OT project documentation across all phases of projects
+ Lead project meetings and provide status updates to the NA (North America) Project Engineering Manager
+ Work closely with GT and Automation leads as well as 3rd party contractors to provide OT support to project teams across all phases of projects
+ Proactively seek out and propose opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes
+ Carry out continuous personal development, ensuring technical skills are kept up to date and non-technical skills are gained and improved
+ Work closely with GT and Automation leads as an escalation point, providing OT support to operations teams, assisting with P1/P2 (Priority 1, Priority 2) incident resolution
+ Participate in Off-hours support rotation and project Hyper-care during and for 2 weeks after successful project starts
+ Provide boots on the ground support for ADM plants – limited PC/end user support, emergency and break fix, planned installations, etc.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of Associates Degree in a technical area (computer science, networking, engineering, Automation, Electrical etc.)
+ 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level technology operations and services, network-specific preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments with a 24/7 operating requirement
+ Qualified candidates will be highly motivated, self-starters that are comfortable working in a cross functional global team
+ Candidates should have strong communication and documentation skills
+ Must have the ability to skillfully manage multiple projects simultaneously and succeed in an environment of competing priorities
+ Must be ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment; must be willing to learn new skills and take direction from other team members; and ability to organize information and manage time efficiently
+ Ability to travel; expected travel 20%
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree in a technical discipline
+ Experience managing multiple cross functional projects
+ Experience in network architecture design and implementation, both physical and virtual
+ Experience programming and troubleshooting Cisco switches using CLI commands
+ Experience working with server infrastructure and virtualization
+ Experience guiding contractors through on-site installation and troubleshooting is required
+ Experience working as a technology generalist with a high-level understanding of end-to-end solutions including infrastructure, applications, networking, and security
+ Technical experience with process automation systems, including Rockwell, Emerson or Novatech, would be considered a valuable skill but not a requirement for this position

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
