Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an ecommerce product strategy that aligns with the company’s overall mission and objectives for Voith Paper Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences, as well as industry trends and best practices for E-business opportunities and potentials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, design, and development, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing maintenance of ecommerce products. Manage the product lifecycle, from ideation and concept development to launch and post-launch optimization. Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact, customer feedback, and resource availability. Monitor, analyze and drive ecommerce product performance metrics, including sales, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, and use this data to make informed decisions about product strategy and development. Stay up to date on ecommerce industry trends, technologies, and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform product strategy and development. Communicate product updates and changes to internal teams and external stakeholders, including customers and partners. Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure that customer inquiries and issues related to ecommerce products are addressed in a timely and effective manner. Requirements:

University Degree or above in the field of business administration or information technology or engineering Fluent in English is a must. 1-3 years of ecommerce product management experience Demonstrated experience driving revenue growth. Expertise in data analysis and interpretation Proven ability to develop and execute product roadmap. Deep understanding of customer behavior and needs. Strong collaboration and communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
