Operations Admin Assistant

+ Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation
+ Answers phone calls and conducts scheduling calls
+ Creates tickets and manages portals for 3rd party partnerships
+ Supports slack service channel
+ Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
+ Completes operational requirements by permitting and assigning administrative projects
and expediting work results
+ Makes travel arrangements for field technicians such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or
restaurant reservations
+ Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
+ Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication
+ Provides information by answering questions and requests
+ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Requirements
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Knowledge of solar energy technologies and industry practices is a plus
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
+ Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
+ Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing environments
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
