Operations Administrative Assistant – Interviews Happening This Week 

Location: Carteret, NJ 

Position: Administrative Assistant 

Job Type: Full-time, On-site 

Responsibilities: 

Ensure employees are trained to meet both company and regulatory standards. Enter regional training completions into the Learning Management System (LMS) and provide accurate training status reports to regional locations/internal customers. Assist training leads with the development of site-specific procedures and coordinate Management of Change (MOC) system entries for procedural changes. Help update and manage each Terminal’s SharePoint portal. Interact with employees at all levels to review, discuss, and resolve procedural questions, training gaps, and/or inadequacies. Assist in internal/regulatory audits. Liaison between departments and internal customers for the development and modifications of operational and maintenance procedures. 

Top Skills: 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Specifically Excel) and Admin/Data Entry Experience (2+ years). Ability to integrate and work with a small team, pivoting tasks daily. Lack of degree is not a deal breaker. SharePoint Technical writing Outlook 

Additional Skills & Qualifications: 

Strong computer skills and prior experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams). Prior experience in technical writing, reviewing, and training of written procedures is a plus. Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Ability to multi-task with multiple priorities and time frames. Self-motivated, driven, and solution-oriented. Comfortable speaking with small and large groups and inspiring others. Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
