Open new positions and job requisitions in WorkdayProcess onboarding and employee movement tasks in HRIS and secondary systemsSubmit new employee documentation for back-office processing via HelpHub ticketsCoordinate travel for hourly employees based on requests submitted by field leadersProvide guidance on expense reports reflecting supporting documents and codesAsset management (laptop, ancillary equipment, mobile phones)Technician boot/PPE reimbursementsEvent planning, budget tracking, and program logistics coordinationManage employee timesheets and time entry/payroll submission for multiple accounts via KronosReconcile monthly billing and labor reportsTrack monthly cost savings and distribute reports/write-ups to ManagementCoordinate and maintain weekly attendance and annual vacation time off recordsResponsible for submitting all uniform related orders through procurement systemResponsible for tracking billable/non-billable OT and retrieving the necessary approvalsWork control/billing/AP supportVendor onboarding & direct vendor relationsSubmit POs via the procurement system as neededAlign POs with invoices in AP system as requiredManage PO escalationRunning necessary reports to prepare Out of Scope billingAct as liaison between all impacted departments and accounts & collaborate with account management on daily basisCapture opportunities for process improvement and report opportunities to leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent experience, preferred.At least 2 years of administration or customer service/supportIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel); experience with Workday, Smartsheet, ServiceNOW a plusAbility to multi-task and resolve a variety of issuesRelationship building skills; must have a passion for helping peopleComfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environmentUp to 10% travel annually

This position can be anywhere in the United States.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $26.00 - $28.00
