Hire Resolve’s Client is looking for a skilled Operations Administrator to join their team in Johannesburg. This role will support the efficient functioning of our operations by managing various administrative tasks, assisting with day-to-day operational activities, and ensuring that our internal processes are streamlined and optimized. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Operational Support: Assist in coordinating and supporting the daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Administration: Handle general administrative duties, including managing documentation, record-keeping, and organizing company files and databases. Communication: Facilitate communication between different departments to maintain workflow and address operational issues promptly. Scheduling: Coordinate and manage team schedules, meetings, and appointments, and arrange travel bookings for staff as required. Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely procurement of required resources. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on operational activities and metrics for management, including status updates and recommendations. Data Entry & Management: Input and update data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and suggest or implement enhancements where possible. Client Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and providing support where necessary. Compliance: Ensure all administrative and operational procedures align with company policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications and Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software or ERP systems. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams. Organization: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop solutions to support operational efficiency. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Time Management: Capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
