Position Overview
The Operations Analysis SACO will provide administrative support to the Operations (OP) Department, Operations Integration (OI) Directorate at the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
Job Responsibilities

+ Reviews and approves staff coordination actions and develops and implements internal policies and procedures for the management and control of staff actions and supporting documents emanating within or being processed through the Operations Department and the Operations Integration Directorate.
+ Provide administrative, technical and analytical support services.
+ Track and coordinate battle rhythm events and technical and operational engagements.
+ Prepare communications, briefings, and process staff actions.
+ Perform complex tasks involving gathering, analyzing, and compiling data and information into well-written reports and presentations, to support senior leader decision making.
+ Review, screen, control, maintain records, and coordinate responses on incoming correspondence.
+ Receive, analyze, manage, track, and execute all actions related to tasks assigned to the Department using the Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2).
+ Provide tasker support, to include researching resources and coordinating with other action officers across the agency at large.
+ Manage multiple projects and priorities, and initiate follow up to ensure timely achievement of commitments.
+ Manage flow of classified and unclassified correspondence, presentations, forms, and emails.
+ Coordinate meetings, reserve conference rooms, initiate secure video teleconferencing (SVTC) support and other administrative and logistics support functions.
+ Edit and produce final copy of formal correspondence, correspondence summaries, briefings, reports, and a wide variety of other analytical, process flow, spreadsheets, and documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
+ High School Diploma. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university desired.
+ A minimum of ten (10) years of professional Government-agency, military, or corporate experience providing executive administrative support
+ Demonstrated experience in the ability and skills to manage multiple projects, keep track of, or adjust, existing tasks while identifying new tasks and expectations as projects evolve
+ Experience working in a time-sensitive environment with a high-level of accountability.
+ Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for immediate SCI nomination and indoctrination.
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen
Work Location: This position requires customer site work at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
