Lucid Agency & Trustee Services was launched in 2017 and provides independent, conflict-free, third-party loan agency, security agency and bond trustee services. Servicing the bond and loan markets, Lucid has developed it’s strong reputation by providing proactive and bespoke services to it’s clients.

Due to rapid growth, we are looking for talented individuals to join our Transaction Management (TM) team.

The operations position will be responsible for a portfolio of +350 transactions. This position will provide support both during the on-boarding of new deals and the maintenance of existing transactions (both loan and non-loan transactions) duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitoring and updating systems to ensure scheduled deal activity is actioned in accordance with transaction agreements Chasing borrowers / client for Information Deliverables which are due / overdue Making call-backs to all parties to confirm payment instructions Assisting with producing invoices for annual and other ad-hoc fees Creating payment files for internal review Handling lender and borrower queries on transactions

REQUIREMENTS:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities Experience working with diverse teams Demonstrates strong organization skills and attention to detail High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
