Chenega Agile Real-Time Solutions (CARS) was created with the purpose of providing integrated enterprise IT support to Federal customers both CONUS and OCONUS. CARS employs Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) with decades of experience working in the Federal marketplace. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. As an Operations Analyst, you will work directly with the Program Management Office (PMO), the Special Projects Office (SPO), as well as our government customer to support various operational tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of finance, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a high-security environment. Responsibilities Track and analyze emerging and new requirements to understand the impacts to the EMS Program Support the development of proposal responses (cost, schedule, and scope) for new program requirements Maintain and enhance custom cost estimation tool with linkages to the service catalog/offerings, and the service-based cost model, and work towards the development of an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) encompassing all program project requirements Provide day-to-day operational support to the customer, including data analysis, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Work closely with program leadership and program control to understand and support the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance. Analyze and mature transactional costing/charging. Collect, organize, and interpret large data sets to support decision-making processes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity. Work with the Special Project lead and program management to facilitate and support the execution of project requirements, to include resource identification and planning, project scheduling, risk management and mitigation, project status and reporting, and issue resolution Prepare and present reports, briefings, and presentations to both internal and external stakeholders. Communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness. Ensure that all operations comply with relevant government regulations, company policies, and security protocols. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all operational activities, ensuring they are readily accessible for review and audit purposes. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered. 2+ years of relevant experience in operations, finance, or a related field. Experience working in a government or contractor environment is highly desirable. Active TS/SCI clearance is required. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to obtain CI Poly Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with financial analysis tools and data management systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-security environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
