Functions as an internal consultant to the Enterprise Licensing Team. Coordinates the devlopment, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a performance metrics system for the Enterprise Licensing Team. Coordinates ongoing analysis, benchmarking and reporting on key performance indicators in the performance metrics system. Develops and implements reports to identify training opportunities, areas for improvement and operational efficiencies. Prepares written and procedural documentation and conducts process-specific training for new or current associates. Responsibilities What you will do:
Performs workflow and process analysis of operating areas. Works collaboratively with ELD management and IT Teams to develop recommendations identifying improvement opportunities in speed, efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness.
Assists WSFG Compliance and ELD professionals in managing compliance risk by conducting various monitoring and oversight activities.
Completes monthly analysis and management reporting on performance metrics.
Prepares presentations for management on process definition, recommended changes and expected impact.
Functions as a team leader in coordinating process analysis projects. Identifies resources and team members required, establishes timelines and facilitates completion. Keeps management apprised of project progress.
Stays current on department functions, systems and procedures. Understands how processes and systems interact and affect other areas of the Company. Makes recommendations for potential workflow process or system enhancements to continually enhance operational efficiencies.
Analyzes reports concerning exceptions to licensing processes as identified by Quality Assurance, Technical Services, IFS IT systems and/or other WSFG Compliance teams and associates.
Facilitates reporting needs for Knowledge Transfer and Operational Excellence to spotlight operational inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards Qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience (Required) Demonstrated experience handling multiple duties and completing assigned tasks accurately and on a timely basis. Cite examples of project management experience in planning, executing and maintain a project from start to finish. (Required) and
Proven examples from work experience of identifying complex problems, quantifying them and providing creative resolutions to solve. (Required) and
Demonstrated examples of motivation and experience working under limited supervision. (Required) and
Demonstrated experience effectively influencing a group to a recommended course of action. (Required) Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information to internal and external customers in a clear, accurate, focused and concise manner.
Proven ability to document procedures and activities in a manner that is understandable to others and prepared in a prescribed format. Verbal and written communications are to conform to proper rules of punctuation, grammar, diction and style. Must provide examples of technical writing and procedure documentation.
Demonstrated ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor when handling stressful situations, including pressure associated with volume workloads, meeting deadlines and target dates.
Proven in-depth knowledge of captive and third-party insurance sales and distribution, as well as licensing and commission process.
Proven examples of controls or procedures implemented to ensure high levels of accuracy in work performed.
Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software and email applications. Work Setting/Position Demands:
Works in an office setting and remains in a stationary position for long periods of time while working at a desk, on a computer or with other standard office equipment, or while in meetings.
Requires the ability to verbally communicate and exchange accurate information to customers and associates on a regular basis.
Requires visual acuity to read and interpret a variety of correspondence, procedures, reports and forms via paper and electronic documents, visual inspection involving small defects; small parts, and/or operation of machinery (including inspection); using measurement devices continuously. Visual acuity is required to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned.
Requires the ability to prepare written correspondence, reports and forms using prescribed formats and conforming to rules of punctuation, grammar, diction, and style on a regular basis.
Requires the ability to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Performs substantial movement of wrists, hands, and fingers for continuous computer work.
