Job Summary:
The Operations Analyst role involves providing technical support across the entire lifecycle of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM). This includes data ingestion, quality control, document production, and document review projects. The position demands attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Candidates must excel under tight deadlines, managing multiple projects in a dynamic setting.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
Utilize proprietary and third-party eDiscovery software applications for electronic discovery and data recovery processes.Load, process, and search client data in various file formats.Conduct relevant searches of electronic data using specialized tools.Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data issues, researching software and techniques to resolve problems, and performing complex data analysis tasks.Develop end-user documentation and provide training for supported applications.Communicate and coordinate with other departments within the company.Generate reports from different database platforms for senior management.Prepare written status reports for clients, managers, and project managers.Collaborate internally to streamline processes and develop proprietary tools.Qualifications & Certifications:
High school or Any Bachelor’s Degree.Proficiency in Windows and MS Office applications.Familiarity with basic UNIX skills, hardware, networking, and delimited files is advantageous.Experience with database applications and knowledge of litigation support software is desirable.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.Ability to work effectively in a team, follow detailed instructions, and meet deadlines.Self-motivated with the ability to interpret data and software behavior effectively.Fluency in English (verbal and written) is required.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, legal studies, or equivalent experience.Comfortable working from Friday - Tuesday (4pm-12am CET)If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
