**Position Overview:** Hidden Level is transforming airspace safety with innovative, scalable drone detection and airspace technology. We provide real-time, actionable data to enhance security across various environments. As we expand, we're looking for an Operations Analyst that will be responsible for taking a data-driven approach to analyzing our manufacturing and operations processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The Operations Analyst will work with data to forecast trends, identify problems and develop solutions, as well as strategies for streamlining processes, from automating parts of the workflow to identifying more efficient ways to manage resources. This position is on-site located in our East Syracuse location. **Responsibilities:** + Manage data collection, measurement, and analysis for all aspects of production, including analyzing systems and reviewing production work orders for accuracy + Generate daily, weekly, monthly reports and production metrics to provide insights into performance trends and to identify exceptions + Identify and recommend ways to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects + Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize workflow and monitor production efficiency + Provide analytics support through combination of data mining, data modeling, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping, and/or problem analysis + Assist in developing and monitoring production budgets and forecasts + Analyze bills of material to ensure accurate product costing **What We’re Looking For:** + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and work effectively with people at all levels in the organization + Ability to clearly communicate, present information and facilitate meetings + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Familiarity with Lean manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement practices **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or related degree. + 2-4 years of related experience + Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, index/match, if-statements) + SQL, Power BI experience (or other data visualization software) preferred **Compensation and Benefits:** Hidden Level offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid parental leave, flexible time off, 401(k) with employer contributions, life insurance, and disability insurance. The company also provides a remote or hybrid work environment and potential stock options. **Salary Range** : The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $60,000 to $68,000 annually.
