As an Operations Analyst within Chase Media Solutions, you will be responsible for merchant identification for transaction tracking to ensure seamless execution of offer campaigns from start to finish. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate closely with our national sales team to gather offer parameters for campaign data tracking, conduct campaign redemption audits, and fulfill other Ad Hoc campaign operational requests. Job responsibilities
Identify merchants in transactional databases using SQL for merchant offer redemption tracking and merchant budget forecasting Collaborate with national sales to gather campaign parameters to successfully track user redemptions Conduct tracking rule audits to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of campaign performance Work cross-functionally with campaign operations, merchant operations, analytics and sales to resolve issues related to campaign transactions Identify areas of opportunity to improve operational efficiency and recommend solutions to greater operations teamRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
1+ years of experience in operations, campaign operations , analytics or other data driven role Comfortable working with SQL across different types of databases MySQL, PostgreSQL, Teradata Hands on experience with Microsoft Excel Self-motivated, proactive team player and independent worker Maintain relationships and communication by responding timely and accurately to both, internal and external questions, and requests for information Willingness to learn and grow as program expandsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Bachelor’s degree Hands on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software Understanding of card linked offers and/or credit card rewards program in a financial, payments or shopping environment Experience within a technology, digital media or performance marketing industry
