Operations Analyst - OneSupport

In the Role

OneMain is currently seeking strong candidates to join our OneSupport team in a specific role designed for management of Change intake across our OneSupport and CARE teams. This position is open to our Evansville site.

In this role you will collaborate with cross functional teams , representing OneSupport and CARE, to ensure visibility of change activities that may impact how or what these teams support.  You will be responsible for tracking and managing the intake of change activities directly related to support of system enhancements, business processes, and technical fixes to ensure our support teams are prepared to provide best in Class support to OneMain team members and external customers. 

Engage with Technology and Branch Operations to ensure visibility to change activities across the enterprise.Act as a stakeholder, representing the needs of OneSupport and CARE, on Enterprise initiatives and engage management and/or SME Lead support when requested.    Create and Maintain tracking of enterprise change initiatives.Lead implementation of internal communication for the intake of change for Level 1 Support and CARE.Lead implementation of Level 1 Knowledge, including engagement with Technology.Support OneSupport Data Analysts through tracking and monitoring of change timing for creation of impact analytics.Evaluate and ensure Level 1 support, including process flow and training, readiness for changes, updates, or enhancementsProvide input, content, and requirements for training and development; engage and work closely with OneSupport/CARE training, Leads, and analysts to support the design and delivery of training.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.2+ years of experience supporting change, organizing change or implementation of strategies, new processes or new procedures.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships across the EnterpriseCustomer focused; desire to support others through change and to successful implementation of Technology initiativesExcellent active listening skillsExceptional verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate a message to a variety of audiencesFlexible and adaptable, ability to be successful in different situations and scenariosTeam player that can successfully collaborate with othersProficient in Microsoft 365 applications including (but not limited to) Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams 

Preferred Requirements

Reporting Analyst, Operations Support and/or Call Center support experience.
