Ensure the safety and security of our nation as a Operations Analyst Senior at GDIT. You’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. Our work depends on Operations Analyst Senior joining our team to ensure the safety and security of our nation through supporting the daily operations, overseeing tracking and closure of internal/external tasks and projects, meeting support, action item tracking, and human resource support. 

HOW A OPERATIONS ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Facilitate daily operations for front office or Director’s Action GroupExecute action tracking process, including receiving, recording and tracking progress and closure of action itemsFacilitate and participate in organizational meetings and prepare associated briefings and status reportingOversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between government customers and external/internal stakeholdersManage schedules/meetings/appointments and associated email groupsTrack status of incoming and outgoing correspondenceReview and provide status on tasks/projects, monitoring and reporting performance against plans to ensure objectives are metAssess issues associated with tasks/projects and develop resolutions to satisfy customer goals and objectivesCoordinate, track, and monitor administrative and program support activitiesDraft, coordinate, and edit internal and external correspondenceCollaborate across the organization and consolidate inputs and coordinate staff packagesProvide ceremonial and visitor support for launch events and other official functionsDefine and document organizational policies, procedures, guidance, and best practicesPerform records management as neededGather, document, and share lessons learned throughout the organizationFrequent interaction with government senior decision makers, external stakeholders, and development contractorsParticipates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office, technical setup such as computers, video, and audio.
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
● Location: On Customer Site
● US Citizenship Required
