Tax claims specialist
Full time office role (100% in the office)

12 months fixed term contract
Responsibilities:
Clients with a Tax Claims mandate must be repapered (RaS client documentation for custodians and Onboarding & Power of Attorney with the Vendor for Reclaim-clients). Clients’ needs to be set up in the client systems (manual workload). Tasks requires tax and client onboarding background beside good organizational skills. Prepare, process, and maintain paperwork related to all aspects of the accounting cycle, culminating in the preparation and filing of tax returns. Confirm the accuracy of records and documents related to tax reporting and preparation. Maintain written and oral communications between the company and all relevant vendors and regulatory agencies. Remain up to date with changes in the tax code and accounting laws. Conduct research on tax compliance issues at the local and national levels.Skills and Experience:
Good process know-how across Tax Reclaim and Relief at Source Understanding of client structures (Natural Persons and Legal Entities) Skilled in administrative tasks and data (Excel)/ information processing 1-6 years experience in Tax claims Fluent English (written and spoken)The Cognizant community:
