Operations and Materials Coordinator
Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Operations and Materials Coordinator for Colgate Palmolive's Global Process Technology Center Power Plant Operations. This role involves overseeing warehouse operations and ensuring the timely and cost-effective planning of operational resources and equipment. The coordinator will also manage inventory effectively to meet the forecasted demand for the power plant. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of manufacturing processes, including receiving chemicals, ensuring proper storage in the warehouse, and managing inventory. Key aspects of the manufacturing process lifecycle include receiving, slotting, shelving, processing, and managing KPIs to ensure optimal utilization. Skills and Requirements - 2-3 years of engineering experience, including production management. - Excellent communication skills and working in a fast-paced environment. - General knowledge of EHS systems and adherence to EHS quality standards in a GMP setting. - Experience in manufacturing/plant operations and/or other GSC functions. - Familiarity with company practices related to quality, microbiology, and plant financials. - Understanding of capital management or similar experience. - BS degree in engineering, technology, business logistics, or equivalent work experience. null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
