Operations Assistant
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Assistant to join our client's Trust Advisory Department. As an integral part of the team, the Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of processing and support functions. This position involves handling various operational tasks, including managing financial transactions, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate records. The Operations Assistant will work closely with Officers to support their client-facing activities and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. Key Responsibilities can include: + Process incoming and outgoing financial transactions accurately and efficiency + Manage invoices, including verification, coding, and payment processing + Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy in financial records + Assist in the maintenance of client accounts and documentation + Provide administrative support to Officers as needed + Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency + Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks + Adhere to compliance standards and regulatory requirements This is a full-time opportunity with a comprehensive and competitive benefits package along. Requirements + Previous experience in operations or financial services is a plus. + Strong analytical skills and ability to work with numbers accurately. + Excellent organizational and time management abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. + Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. + Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. + Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. + Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
